SKILLED HOME CARE OVERVIEW

If you or a loved one has suffered from a medical condition, illness, or injury resulting in hospitalization, further rehabilitation from skilled care may be necessary. Performed only by licensed nurses, skilled care is in-home care similar to the care that would be provided in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or assisted living stay.
