Terri McConnell joins Clover with over 25+ years in Business Administration, with a concentrated passion in Human Resources for the last 15 years.  Her experience includes healthcare, both hospital and private practice, as well as private sectors that include development and construction.  She has a strong commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment. Terri is passionate about developing HR solutions that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience.  When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, restoring furniture, and keeping up with the demands of her 2 spoiled rescue dogs - Biscuit and Gravy.
