Sheri Shaw joins Clover with over 30 years of Talent Acquisition expertise across the IT, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors. Sheri has a passion for helping people when making life changing decisions related to their careers. She's relationship-driven and thrives on building the strategic partnerships necessary to bring the best talent into organizations. Sheri is always prioritizing efficiency and excellence to ensure a positive experience for every candidate.  

For Sheri, joining Clover is a meaningful homecoming. Her career began at age 16 years old, serving meals to residents in a nursing home. Having lost her father to dementia, her commitment to senior care is deeply personal. She is uniquely driven to hire caregivers who treat every patient like family.

 Originally from Wisconsin, Sheri moved to Indianapolis in 2000. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and Counseling from University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
