Mandy Whitesell has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Healthcare Administration & an Associate’s in Business. Before she received her degree in Healthcare Administration, she worked as a banker for fifteen years. After her time as a banker, she decided she wanted to work in healthcare. Mandy has personal caregiving experience taking care of her grandma and her father, which she believes is a great privilege. She has always enjoyed helping others. She has been in the Home Health Care field for about five years. Mandy has been working as a Recruiter for the past 4 years and decided that Clover would be a great fit for her. She excels in Recruiting, but also has a great breadth of experience being a Scheduling Manager, working in HR, and also assisting with Billing practices. She enjoys meeting new people and finding the right caregivers for our clients. She is eager to build long lasting relationships between our clients, their families, and our caregivers. Outside of work she loves taking vacations with her family & taking care of her animals.
