Kathleen Lentz

Kathleen Lentz brings a wealth of experience and a passion for patient care to her role as Patient Care Coordinator.  Kathleen’s journey in the health care field started at the University of Indianapolis where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2004 and her associate’s in physical therapy in 2002 while playing shortstop for UIndy softball.  Prior to working for Clover Home Health Care, she spent over 15 years as a physical therapy assistant.  She started her career working in outpatient settings focusing on post-op rehab and work conditioning. Following that, she has spent over a decade in home health in Central Indiana.

 

In her role at Clover Home Health Care, Kathleen will be contributing to the development and implementation of effective and efficient patient care.  Kathleen’s mission is to continue her commitment to helping people where they need it most.  Her experiences in the field, coupled with a strong continuing educational foundation, make her a valuable addition to the office staff at Clover Home Health Care.

 

Kathleen resides on the south side of Indianapolis with her husband and two children. In her free time, Kathleen loves to travel, fish, and coach her children in various sports.
