Jessica Jackson
Alternate Clinical Manager
Jessica Jackson joins the Clover family with more than 30 years of patient care experience and a deep passion for patient advocacy and evidence-based practice. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), where she later served as a clinical instructor, helping educate the next generation of nurses.
Jessica spent 10 years providing bedside care in intensive care and progressive care units at hospitals throughout Central Indiana. She also gained experience as a home health IV infusion nurse before serving as a field case manager for two years.
Jessica believes that learning is a lifelong journey and that everything happens for a reason—even when life's blessings are initially disguised. She values open communication, collaboration, and a "make it make sense" approach to problem-solving, ensuring that patients, families, and colleagues feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, hiking, walking, and cooking. She treasures spending time with family and friends, especially her sons, her two Bernedoodles, and her cat Birdie.
