Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our team of Caregivers across greater Indianapolis and  surrounding counties: Marion, Hendricks, Johnson, Hancock, Hamilton, Boone, Morgan, Madison and Shelby. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication and documentation skills, and experience working with diverse populations. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring assistance with daily activities and health management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, oral care, meal prep, and light housekeeping

  • Take vital signs and provide medication reminders

  • Support clients with safe mobility and transfers

  • Follow individualized plans of care and complete documentation timely and accurately

  • Report changes in client condition to the Director/Assistant Director of Nursing

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Uphold professional standards, including dress code, attendance, HIPAA compliance, and communication

  • Respond appropriately in emergencies

Requirements:

  • HHA certification

  • Ability to drive up to 30 minutes minimum for scheduled client shifts

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration

  • In-person CPR certification via American Red Cross or Heart Association (*can be provided on-site if needed, at cost)

  • TB test within the past 12 months (*can be provided on-site if needed, at cost)

  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping others

Preferred Experience

  • Home Health experience

  • Facility experience

Schedule:

  • Full-Time (30-40 hrs/wk)

  • Part-Time (up to 29 hrs/wk)

  • PRN (6 shifts/month)

  • Monday - Friday (Weekend availability)

Pay: based on experience
