Bridgette DeFalco comes to Clover after over 40 years in the Accounting & Finance industry. She worked for Duke Power Co. in Charlotte NC. Moving from Concord NC to Winston-Salem NC she took a position with Wachovia Bank in the Credit Card and Fraud Department. In 1991, Bridgette made her move to Carmel, IN and took a position with a large Insurance Agency until she retired in 2020. Over the past several years, she has worked with family and friends who have Alzheimer’s or other dementia diagnoses, which inspired her to get into Home Care. Bridgette is Clover’s Client Liaison. She onboards all new clients and caregivers. She also works in quality control making sure our clients and caregivers are satisfied with all services and employment. She is married, has two children, one granddaughter, and a pug named Lola. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, biking, and spending time outside on sunny days!
